SRW Silver does not accept returns. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

Each piece is unique, no two are the same. Some stones may have irregular shapes or natural imperfections that may be rough to the touch . These are not indicative of damage and are not cause for return or refund. 

SRW is not responsible for loss or damages that may occur during transit. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request at buyers expense. 

Some orders may require signature upon delivery to protect both the customer and SRW Silver. 

Custom order deposits are non refundable.
